Welcome to the latest gastronomic venture of Paolo, Mimmo and Roberto of the multiple award winning Ristorante and Pizzeria ‘Il Paradiso Del Cibo’ in York.

Domenico Di Maggio aka Mimmo is Paolo's protégé. He has worked at ‘Il Paradiso del Cibo’ for seven years, climbing the ladder from kitchen assistant to head chef, running the day to day kitchen duties along with his team, showing outstanding discipline and successful results.

Roberto, Paolo's younger brother and permanent feature as front of house team member for the past 4 years, will be taking care of the restaurant duties. Il Paradiso on the Forest will be offering a similar menù to its sister restaurant: traditional Italian food with the freshest ingredients, locally sourced whenever possible, including pasta, pizza, meat, fish and dangerously tempting desserts prepared with a modern and creative approach, served in a warm, friendly and comfortable ambience.

I sincerely hope that a lot of you will eventually become regular visitors and members of the Il Paradiso family.
